Acting Board Secretary / Legal  

Yasser Anis is responsible for managing the Legal, Compliance, and Board Affairs matters of the Company. His primary responsibilities include providing legal and compliance support to the Board members and ensuring that the Company remains aligned with policies and procedures while complying with all applicable regulatory requirements. 

Yasser is a qualified lawyer with nearly 8 years of experience in the legal field, including handling litigation matters, assisting with company incorporations, and supporting various corporate legal functions. 

Throughout his legal career, Yasser has gained valuable professional experience in both Egypt and the UAE. This diverse exposure has added significant value to his expertise as a legal professional and enhanced his understanding of different legal and regulatory environments. 

He also worked as a Legal Researcher for 4 years at Afaf Marjan Law Firm, where he was involved in legal research, case analysis, and drafting legal documents. 

Yasser holds an LL. B degree from Alexandria University, Egypt, and has attended Master studies in Commercial Law at the University of Alexandria.
