Mustafa Akram joined Emaar Properties PJSC in 2021 and is the Head of International, responsible for executing the company’s international strategy, investments, developments, and governance across key global markets.

He oversees Emaar’s international portfolio across markets including India, Pakistan, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia, among other international entities, covering market entry, land acquisition, joint ventures, and project execution, while working closely with group leadership to ensure growth, governance, and long-term value creation.

Mustafa brings extensive experience in large-scale real estate and mixed-use developments, with a strong track record of managing complex international projects. In his role, he is actively involved in driving international expansion, evaluating strategic investment opportunities, and strengthening brand presence and partnerships across both emerging and established markets.

Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, equipping him with a strong technical foundation that complements his strategic and commercial leadership.
