The Board of Directors of EII Capital (Private Joint Stock Company) is pleased to announce to its shareholders that nomination for Board of Directors Election will be open from Monday 04.03.2024 to Thursday 14.03.2024.

The individual who satisfies the requirements/conditions of Board nomination can apply for a nomination request to the company’s Management in Emaar Business Park 3, Office 306, Dubai – Mobile number:0501774335, e-mail nserry@eii.ae.

The application/nomination request should entitle the Resume along with the qualifications on which he/she wishes to be nominated on the basis thereof.

The company shall publish the names of the candidates along with their relevant information on the company’s bulletin board and on the official website eiistg.wpengine.com on 15.03.2024 so the shareholders can have the opportunity to review it.

The number of members required to be elected to the Board of Directors is five members.
