Criteria

The philosophy guiding our selection criteria is primarily driven by the target’s strategic fit in Emaar’s ecosystem. EII is a strategic investor in both growing and mature companies across the UAE. With the rapid expansion of Emaar over the years, this now includes various subsectors within the pre- and post-construction, hospitality, malls, and related sectors. In addition to this, EII is an active investor in the regional industrial manufacturing and technology segments.
