Following the AGM decision conducted on the 19th of April 2023. EII Capital is announcing “the share buyback program” in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law No.32 of 2021.

EII will purchase up to maximum 10% of the company’s total share capital from shareholders willing to sell some or all their shares.
