    Mr. Ali Ibrahim Ismail is a Member of the Board of Directors of Emaar Industries & Investments, and Amlak Finance PJSC. Mr. Ismail is also the Deputy Director General for Executive Affairs in the Department of Economic Development, Dubai, and Director of the Dubai Financial Market and Dubai Transportation Corporation.

    Mr. Mohammed has over 12 years experience in management, operations, strategy and investments banking in the Middle East and Europe. He is a Founder and Managing Partner of Elaph Investments, which has holdings in a number of businesses across retail, education and manufacturing sectors.
    Mr. Hussain serves on the boards of a number of GCC based companies including Corys Industries, Hepworth PME (Qatar), Green Coast Enterprises, Emirates Money ( Subsidiary of Emirates NBD PJSC), Emirates Tecnopak, Sidra Investments and 24 Seven Convenience Stores.
    Before establishing Elaph, Mr. Mohammed spent 5 years as a member of ABN Amro’s Leveraged Finance Group in London conducting private equity transactions across Europe on behalf of top-tier US and European private equity groups.

    Mr. Al Dahan is an Executive Director at Emaar Properties and is responsible for auditing Emaar Group operations in Dubai and internationally. Additionally he is a member on Audit Committees of a number of companies. Mr. Al Dahan holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting 1989, a Post Graduate Diploma from The American University in Business and Accounting and distinguished professional certifications in the field of Internal Audit, Accounting, Fraud and Management (CPA, CIA, CFE)
